Humboldt County Child Abuse Prevention Coordinating Council.
CAPCC meets on the 4th Friday of every month except in April, July, November and December. The November and December meetings are combined and held on the first Friday in December. CAPCC does not meet in the month of April, which is Child Abuse Prevention Awareness Month but combines the April and May meeting on the first Friday in May.
